Husband and wife duo Lauren & Jeremiah Green opened a new store in Port Townsend, Washington. They set out to establish a "lifestyle store stocking everything from artisanal ceramics, skin care products, soaps, candles, carefully curated vintage clothing, beautifully designed homewares, select records, baby clothing and items, as well as plants and books." While they built out their new space and handpicked premium, well-crafted products to fill their store, I had the pleasure of running with their vision on the brand identity end. Early on, we talked a lot about what inspired them. Based on those conversations, the brand was designed around an eclectic array of groovy 70's artwork, Japanese geometry, and classic typography. Thuja reflects a wide range of inspiring design avenues, culminating in an effortlessly curated, and unique shop.
